About us
Amor Flowers is a flower workshop at Zhangeldin 20. Our own studio opened in 2023, but the owner has worked with flowers for thirteen years: first as a florist, then as the person who gathered a team of more than twenty makers and couriers around her.
Why flowers? Because my heart is in it. I live by this.

It is easy to write “premium” and “luxurious” about yourself — those words cost nothing and prove nothing. Here are two cases that say the same thing, except these can be checked.

550 peonies in the middle of the night
The order came in at two in the morning. Finding five hundred and fifty peonies in Almaty at that hour is not “taking a request”, it is getting suppliers out of bed. We found them. The owner put the bouquet together herself.

More than 5000 roses in two hours
The hardest day of the year for any flower shop. More than five thousand roses had to be taken across the city in two hours. The whole team worked — florists, couriers, managers, every one of them.
Both times it was not the stock that decided it, but the fact that there were people in the workshop at that moment. That is why we work around the clock: at night flowers are needed less often, but when they are needed, nothing else will do.

Lasts 10–14 days
We keep them fresh with cold and a short path from delivery to bouquet. Every order includes flower food as a gift.
A photo before we set off — a rule
Not on request and not sometimes: we always send a photo of the finished bouquet and wait for your “yes”. If you do not like it, we redo it before the courier leaves, not after it has been handed over.
We agree any substitution
If a flower we need is not there, we do not quietly swap in a lookalike. We call first and offer an option, and you decide.
The order is not lost
If the recipient was not there or did not accept the bouquet, the amount is not lost — we keep it as a deposit towards your next order.
Where the flowers come from
Direct supply from Holland
We bring flowers from Holland directly, with no middlemen between the plantation and the workshop. That is exactly why a bouquet lasts ten to fourteen days: the difference is not in the care, but in how long the flower spent on the road and in someone else’s warehouse.
Besides bouquets we make bento cakes, strawberries and bananas in Belgian chocolate Callebaut, balloons and soft toys, so that one order covers the whole occasion and you do not have to put a gift together in three different places. Balloons and non-standard arrangements are available on request on WhatsApp.

We have a real address, not just a website: Almaty, Alibi Zhangeldin street 20. You can come by, see the flowers in person and pick the bouquet up yourself — that is the best answer to fly-by-night shops.
