How to make it last
Your finished bouquet, before delivery
We preserve the chosen arrangement’s style and color palette and agree substitutions with you. Before the courier leaves, we send a photo of the finished bouquet and wait for your approval. If something is not right, we adjust it before delivery.
Cut the stems at an angle
With a sharp knife, not scissors: scissors crush the channels and the flower stops drinking. Repeat every other day.
Change the water every 1–2 days
And rinse the vase. Cloudy water means bacteria, and they block the stem faster than the bud wilts.
Remove the leaves below the waterline
Submerged leaves rot first and spoil the water for the whole bouquet.
Cool and shade
Do not put it by a radiator, an air conditioner or in the sun. At night you can move the bouquet onto the balcony — in Almaty that adds a couple of days to its life.
Keep it away from fruit
Apples and bananas give off ethylene, a gas that makes flowers open and age many times faster.
Peonies and tulips are a case apart
Tulips keep growing in the vase and lean towards the light, peonies like cold water. That is normal, not a defect.
If something goes wrong
Flowers are a living product and sometimes there are faults. Write to us within 24 hours of the handover and attach a photo: we will replace the bouquet or refund you. The full terms are on the returns page.
