Amor Flowers
Delivery & payment
Delivery
We deliver across Almaty and the region, around the clock, with no days off. There is express delivery within 90 minutes and delivery within a chosen time slot. You can pick your order up from the workshop at any time at 20 Alibi Zhangeldin St., Almaty.
If the recipient is not home
The courier calls the recipient and waits up to 15 minutes. If the person is not there, we get in touch with you and do as you say: leave it with neighbours or at reception, move the delivery to another time the same day, or bring the bouquet back to the workshop and deliver it the next day. Meanwhile the bouquet is kept cool at our place, not in a stairwell. A second trip the same day costs the same.
Surprise and anonymous delivery
There are two separate options at checkout. “Surprise” — the courier does not call the recipient beforehand, he simply arrives and hands the flowers over; in that case make sure the person will be there. “Anonymous” — the sender is not named, either on the card or to the courier.
Payment
Pay with Kaspi — the manager will confirm the payment method and amount. You can also arrange a bank transfer or payment from abroad. Card payment on this website is available only with a connected live gateway. Payment.
