How we work

1. The order
On the site, on WhatsApp or by phone. If you do not know what to choose, write the occasion, the recipient and the budget, and we will pick something. At night too: the workshop works around the clock.

2. Confirmation
A manager calls back or writes on WhatsApp, confirming the address, the time, the card text and whether you want a surprise with no advance call to the recipient.

3. Assembly
The florist preserves the chosen arrangement’s style and color palette. If flowers or wrapping need to be substituted, we agree it with you before assembly.

4. A photo before we set off
We send a photo of the finished bouquet on WhatsApp and wait for your “yes”. If something is not right, we redo it before the courier leaves, not after it has been handed over.

5. Delivery
The courier calls the recipient (except in surprise mode) and waits up to 15 minutes. If the person is not there, we agree it with you: leave it with neighbours or at reception, move it to another time the same day, or bring the bouquet back to the workshop and deliver it tomorrow.

6. The handover
We record the moment of handover and tell you the time. If something is wrong with the flowers, let us know within 24 hours and we will replace them or refund you. The full terms are on the returns page.

We have a real address, not just a website: Almaty, Alibi Zhangeldin street 20. You can come by, see the flowers in person and pick the bouquet up yourself — that is the best answer to fly-by-night shops.
