Ways to pay

All prices on the site are in tenge (₸) and include all taxes. Delivery is counted separately and is shown in the cart before you place the order.

How paying by card works

1. You put your order together and press “Place order”.
2. You say who and where to deliver to, and choose the date and time slot.
3. You choose “Card online” as the payment method and confirm the order.
4. A secure payment page opens. Card details are entered on the payment system’s side — they never reach our site and are not stored by us.
5. The bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a code from a message (3-D Secure). That is a normal check that it is really you paying with the card.
6. After confirmation you come back to the site and see the order number. We start on it right away, around the clock.

Security

Payments are handled by Freedom Pay, a licensed payment service. The connection is protected by TLS, and the payment page meets the PCI DSS security standard.

We do not see or store your card number, its expiry date or the code on the back. All that reaches us is the result: the payment went through or it did not.

When the money is taken

The amount is taken as soon as the payment is confirmed. If the payment did not go through but the money is held on the card, the bank releases the hold itself, usually within a few business days.

Receipt

A fiscal receipt is issued separately upon payment. Contact the manager to obtain it. The order page and email confirmation do not replace a fiscal receipt; automatic receipt links are not connected on this website yet.

Refunds

If the order is cancelled or the bouquet turns out to be faulty, the money goes back the same way you paid: to the same card the payment came from. How long it takes depends on the bank and is usually 3 to 10 business days. The terms are in Returns and exchange.

If something goes wrong

The money was taken but there is no order; the payment will not go through; the wrong receipt arrived — write or call, and we will sort it out:
