Букет №110180

Your finished bouquet, before delivery

We preserve the chosen arrangement’s style and color palette and agree substitutions with you. Before the courier leaves, we send a photo of the finished bouquet and wait for your approval. If something is not right, we adjust it before delivery.

If the recipient is not home

The courier calls and waits up to 15 minutes. After that it is your call: leave it with neighbours or at reception, move it to another time the same day, or bring the bouquet back to the workshop and deliver tomorrow. The bouquet stays with us, not in a stairwell.

How to make it last

Cut the stems at an angle, change the water every other day and keep the bouquet away from fruit and direct sun. The full guide is on the care page.
